I look through this lens at the world around me and find this everywhere.

Everything behind these words; meeting Spirit and touching it, gently.

This is the beginning of the change necessary to meet yourself in the world.

I invite you in.

No one tells you how strange it feels to grow.

How uncomfortable it is to step into a version of yourself you’ve only imagined till now.

When you begin healing, learning, rising again after falling , your mind will try to pull you back to the familiar

It will whisper doubt, fear, old stories not because your doing something wrong but because you’re walking a road your soul has never walked before.

But remember this every new path feels uncertain at first.

Every transformation begins with confusion

a seed buried in the dark does not know that light is waiting for it yet it grows anyway.

You are growing anyway.

The discomfort you feel is not a sign to stop

it is a sign that the old you is releasing it’s old

and the new you is taking it’s first breath.

Trust the process , trust the quiet strength inside you.

You’ve never been this person before

of course it feels unfamiliar.

Be patient with your becoming.

Be patient when becoming someone you’ve never been before. Your future self is already reaching back.
